WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR::
We are looking for Facilities Technicians to perform various tasks throughout our warehouse, shop, yard, and office. You’ll need to have a high attention to detail.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and dependable individual
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in addition to bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, and performing general labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds
- Ability to work well with others as a team member in a very fast-paced environment
- Good memory and ability to follow detailed instruction
- Ability to notice extreme details between inventory items
- Ability to work in all climate conditions (extreme cold / extreme heat, rain, snow, etc)
- Must hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Live in or around our Valley, NE location and have access to reliable transportation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist other crew members digging trenches and ditches, hoisting materials, forklift, front-end loader, and skid loader
- Transport materials to and from the site
- Manually lift materials such as lumber, pipes, grates, castings, and bags of concrete
- Inventory skills are highly recommended but not required
- Getting inventory items ready for all crews
- Loading Haulers with numerous aggregates
- Cleaning facility warehouse, yard, etc.
- Keeping fleet clean using our indoor wash bay
- Adhere to OSHA requirements and wear mandated protective equipment
- Attend all safety training programs related to the job
POSITION BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
$17-25 per hour, depending on experience
LOCATION:
Our brand new facility is located just west of the Omaha metro area at: 6065 N 261st Circle, Valley, NE, 68066. This new facility is the perfect collaborative environment between designers, salesmen, and our crew’s foremen. Applicants should live in Valley, NE or in a nearby location including Omaha, Waterloo, Venice, Yutan, Washington, or Bennington.
