WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for Hardscape Technicians. As a Hardscapes Tech, you’ll be responsible for the construction of the design & build of landscaping and hardscaping projects. These projects include but are not limited to fire pits/outdoor fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, patios, walkways, driveways, seating walls, water feature installations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with operating heavy landscaping equipment (excavators, bobcats) is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well with others as a team member in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate powered equipment (paver saws, compaction equipment, etc.)
- Ability to work in all climate conditions (extreme cold / extreme heat, rain, snow, etc)
- Must hold valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- CDL is a plus
- Self-starter who committed to exceeding expectations
- Exceptional communication, verbally and written
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Live in or around our Valley, NE location and have access to reliable transportation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist other crew members building the landscape designs created by our team
- Ensure you are executing proper techniques & protocols
- Recognize and resolve any issues that arise in the installation process
- Ensure the adequate amount of materials and equipment for each project
- Work at a fast pace while still paying attention to detail
- Ensure efficiency, timeliness, and completion of installations
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and dependable individual
- Ability to work well with others as a team member in a very fast-paced environment
- Good memory and ability to follow detailed instruction
- Ability to work in all climate conditions (extreme cold / extreme heat, rain, snow, etc.)
- Manually lift materials such as pavers, bags of sand or concrete
- Attend all safety training programs related to the job
- Live in or around our Valley, NE location and have access to reliable transportation
POSITION BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:
$18-22 per hour, depending on experience

Our brand new facility is located just west of the Omaha metro area at: 6065 N 261st Circle, Valley, NE, 68066. This new facility is the perfect collaborative environment between designers, salesmen, and our crew’s foremen. Applicants should live in Valley, NE or in a nearby location including Omaha, Waterloo, Venice, Yutan, Washington, or Bennington.
